Even for jobs as serious and important as police work the idiots in charge are willing to dumb down the standards for the sole purpose of increasing the number of minorities becoming cops.. So, literally translated, we're going to have stupid cops on the beat that can't pass the entrance exam if it is given, but we're so hell-bent on proving that we're not racist that we're willing to make that sacrifice.. It's utterly ridiculous and irresponsible and stupid. I'm just disgusted.
