Obama has nothing more at the forefront of his thoughts than helping blacks, because he doesn't think that Warren Court was enough. After all, it's what he's dedicated his political life to in being a Community Organizer (translation=someone who advocates for the inner city poor). He thinks that reinterpreting the Constitution to redistribute wealth is something that must be done, and when he was merely a Senator in Illinois, he made this clear in this radio interview. Anyone voting for Obama is either a Socialist or ignorant of his policies. In either case, they're un-American and a domestic enemy of the Constitution.

Just to clarify, my problem isn't with blacks, per se, but I'm so sick and tired of blacks in this country talking about perceived and phantom racism. Sure, it may exist in some secluded sections of the country, but by and large, blacks have so many protections and and benefits in place to grease their way through life that if you are black and healthy, your only excuse for not doing phenomenally is laziness. I think that this perception of rampant racism is perpetuated by the inner city ghettos and projects where blacks commiserate and just sit around feeling sorry for themselves and looking for someone to blame for them not having jobs and money, even though they never leave the projects to make something of themselves.
It's to the point in this country that if you're white, the only way you're getting a job, especially in state or federal government, is if they can't find a black or female, preferably a black female, candidate to fill the position. White people have much more to complain about in this country today than black people do. Now I'm not diminishing the horrible treatment of blacks before the Civil Rights movement, but the pendulum has swung past the fulcrum point in the opposite direction to the point that the most qualified candidates for jobs are being bypassed in favor of the black candidate, and this is tragic. A white kid can get straight A's in school, breeze through college on a scholarship due to his hard work and dedication and forward thinking philosophy and be jobless because of his skin color.
If Obama gets into office, a man that thinks blacks are still being greatly diminished as a race, Lord help us white people. It's not about wishing ill on another race-it's about not wanting your race trampled on, which I fear Obama's policies will absolutely do. Employing people based on their skin color and not on their qualifications and skill is so ignorant and devastating to our standing as a country, and we're seeing the effects of this every day. It's the opposite of Martin Luther King's dream speech.

I think the operative word here is "minority" and a "female minority" is preferred, however a white female is a minority in many work places and can obtain a job over a man applicant for the same position regardless of qualification as many corps. and unions are subject to those government mandates. Strong fines are applied if a "minority" is not on the job and payroll. I've actually known Corporations to hire a minority through the union for a construction job and tell them to find a place sit and stay there, pay them the union rate to avoid the fine.
These government mandates totally demean the minorities, raises hostility in the work environment and creates a deepening division in America.
Government mandates to "level the playing field" is Socialism.

I've seen this, too, and it's horrible. My brother used to work for Chrysler, and their policy was that they would only buy their supplies from minority or female owned companies.

This 28sec clip of the radio interview brassmonkey posted highlights Obama's opinion of the US Constitution.
OBAMA SAYS CONSTITUTION DEEP FLAW CONTINUES TODAY
As an elected senate chair, didn't he swear to uphold and protect the Constitution? In the interview, he stated the Constitution is mainly setting limits on government and what it can't do and neglected to say what government should do for the people.
As I watch the masses cheer and chant for Obama's social change as in... when I'm hungry he will feed me, when I'm cold he will give me warmth, he will cry to the rocks and water will spring forth... I can't help but ponder - do these people really believe he can? Do they want our Constitution changed? Even though our government has run ram shod over it and pays no heed to this document - is America ready to let go and let government?
