I deviated a bit from the recipe, because it called for, "Salad dressing," which usually means Miracle Whip, which I don't like.. Or possibly it meant Greek dressing, of which I had none, so Italian it was.. It also called for a frozen, pre-cooked Perdue pre-portioned chicken, of which I also had none.. So I used three boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into cutlets, marinated them in Italian dressing in the fridge for an hour and grilled them.. So, here we have marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped, pitted Kalamata olives, halved, grape tomatoes, halved, half of a red onion, coarsely chopped, cucumbers, sliced and halved, and crumbled Feta cheese.. Add Penne pasta and the marinating chicken.. Cook the pasta and rinse under cold water until cool: Here's how you grill chicken without burning it-looks yummy, huh: Then mix it all together with the dressing of your choice-in my case it was Italian, and here's what you get: This was very tasty, because the flavors don't blend-you get nice strong, individual flavors in your mouth, and it's very refreshing.
