Tonight chicken breast was the meat of choice.. So I decided to make a stir-fry.. Super easy, Dads... Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Teriyaki sauce and frozen vegetables... You've got yerself a stir fry.. I love Soy sauce on it, but that's just a matter of taste..... Chop the chicken breasts up into bite-sized pieces.. Just put some Teriyaki sauce in a skillet and heat up.. Then add the chopped chicken.. Then, after the chicken is mostly cooked, you add the frozen vegetables.. I just add them frozen and stir them in as they thaw... And I steamed some broccoli in the steamer for the kids.. I'm so lucky they love broccoli (smothered in butter, of course..) Enjoy...

No rice?
Looks yummy! I haven't made that in a while, thanks for the tip. I think I'll try it with some General Tso's sauce.
